The Charlotte Blues Society meetings were always assured of one thing: Marie would be there to dance, to laugh, to smile, to lift spirits.

We missed her earlier this month.  Her not attending was unusual, but we thought she was off on another adventure, as she often talked about her love of travel.  She was vibrant and lived every moment with joie de vivre!

We will miss your positive energy, your wonderful spirit and seeing you dance.

I will miss the beautiful sense of joy you walked with...it surrounded you at all times.  Rest dear lady...the dancing in heaven is starting soon...

Prayers and sympathy to her family and friends.  Marie was a jewel in this crazy world.  She will be greatly missed.
